Shipping Policy

All product prices may be subject to shipping fees, which are calculated and added at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the delivery location within Egypt, as well as the size and quantity of the order.

For large or bulky items such as wooden or aluminum furniture, shipping fees are calculated separately based on product size, weight, and delivery location.

All applicable shipping fees are always communicated and confirmed with the customer before order fulfillment by our customer service team.

Exchanges and refunds are available free of charge only in the case of defective or damaged items upon delivery. If the customer changes their mind, shipping costs will be deducted from the refundable amount in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Estimated shipping fees typically range from 100 EGP to 300 EGP for small to medium-sized items. For larger items, shipping fees may range from 600 EGP to 1500 EGP depending on location and logistics. In case of returns, shipping costs are non-refundable and may be charged as per logistics handling.
