We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase from Solvexar.

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos of the product.

If the customer changes their mind or no longer wants the item, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount, in accordance with our shipping policy.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to meet return conditions. Processing time may vary depending on the payment method.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
